With the playoffs upon us pretty soon and people battling for the spots I figured you might be interested in who plays who this week. Especially for those fighting for the one record spot.

What if...

What if this scum dog does somehow pull of the upset tonight? He obviously has a long established track record of losing but he also has a track record of pulling shit out of his ass when everyone least expects it. Not to mention this game pretty much means everything to him this year and I highly doubt there is any game he wants more.
2004 at ND Willingham does not even have a winning record but Tyrone beats #8 Michigan and #9 Tennessee on the road. In 2003 Willingham has a losing record. Same year he beats #12 Pitt on the road. 3 weeks later he loses to Syracuse by 30.
Bottom line is if he wins tonight I will throw snacks all over the city.

Underrated part V; 2 for 1 special

The 47-49 second mark just exemplifies being Joe Cool. The man is simply amazing, he
could not have handled the situation any better. I am going to say he is the coolest TV
character of all-time. The Fonz doesn't even compare, I mean look at the guy and how he
handles the room and his surroundings at the 47-49 second mark!

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Before he was stopped and detained on suspicion of DUI Saturday morning, Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain was provoked and goaded by a fellow patron at the Night Before Lounge, a strip club in downtown Lincoln, according to two witnesses.Chamberlain, 23, who was accompanied by a group of friends, was approached by a man who mocked him about playing for the Yankees."Somebody said to him, 'If you played for the Red Sox, you wouldn't be sitting here right now,"' said Gary "Bo" Bohaty, who owns the Beacon Lounge, which is next door to the Night Before Lounge.Bohaty, 45, had heard that the young pitching phenom was there and stopped by to say hello. Bohaty said Chamberlain "seemed fine" and was "cool," but became sour after the comments were made."It got a rise out of him," Bohaty said. "Joba turned his head and said, 'What did you say?' and the guy yelled it again."A member of Chamberlain's party engaged in some minor pushing with the man who confronted Chamberlain, but Chamberlain himself didn't get physical, according to a manager at the Night Before Lounge who wished to remain anonymous.

Must go soon damn it

Preface: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BMmRJhNWzY

I must go to a night game in Happey Valley people. 110,000 plus people. The White Out's they do actually work. The atmosphere. It is number one on my must go to stadiums list. I think number 2 would be a night game in Baton Rouge.
Check these camera videos out:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6hIQiDkz6s after a sack of Clausen last year, I am a dumb fuck for not going to this game

Interesting...

Little was made of the rumored altercation between Jimmy Clausen and Stanford head coach Jim Harbaugh after Saturdays Notre Dame victory over Stanford. Now it is starting to get interesting as the Chicago Tribune Around the Bend blog has reported the following:

Several eye witness accounts of what happpened between Clausen and Harbaugh have been taken and what we found is quite interesting. The entire incident happened really fast lasting only a few seconds. Clausen extended his hand to Harbaugh and gave him a "good game coach." Harbaugh's reply was quickly getting right in Clausen's face and barking "F@#k You!" Harbaugh has been known to have temper issues but this is way over the top. Clausen was asked after the game about the incident but brushed the questions off.

Buy intercpetion king's house

Brett Favre’s Wisconsin home is reportedly on the market, according to the GREEN BAY PRESS GAZETTE. The 3,000 square foot home, which has 3 touchdowns bathrooms and 4 interceptions bedrooms, can be picked off by a lucky buyer for just $475K.

A closer look at the listing reveals plenty of space in the backyard to toss the pigskin around in Wrangler jeans, a waffle maker to whip up a tasty breakfast while agonizing over career decisions, ample medicine cabinets, and a doghouse for your attention hound.
While the home is not directly linked to Favre, tax records intercepted by the Press Gazette lead back to the former MVP’s family.

Real estate agent Wade Micoley wouldn’t confirm who owns the house, but said it’s been on the market for about 48 to 72 hours.

Readers are advised to bid quickly, as 48-72 hours is generally the time frame in which the Jets quarterback has been known to change his mind. The asking price may seem high, but word is that Favre just picked a number and chucked it up in the air off his back foot, hoping someone would come down with it.

Underrated part IV

Watching CFB games at a hospital...totally underrated

-free pop/drinks and popcorn just down the hall
-hospitals are typically pretty quiet so nothing should bother you
-nice little flat screen TV's
-internet access to watch games on lap top along with the TV
-cafeteria that has tons of food is just a minute away and they also deliver to rooms

After thinking about this more I might just drive over to St. E's every Saturday and watch games in the family lounge.

Add another

I've done various/strange things before to watch or listen to a ND game. Add another location to the list today.

Tick??

LINCOLN, NE — A 45-year-old man was arrested Monday morning after he allegedly became upset over points in his Fantasy Football league and threatened to kill his roommate. According to a report from the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, the unknown man, of the 4500 block of Duncan Road in Punta Gorda, allegedly sliced pages in the book his roommate was reading before holding a knife to his roommate's neck and threatening to kill him. The report stated the roommate, who "was in fear of his life," went to a neighbor's home and called 911. When deputies arrived, Ward admitted to being upset over points from his fantasy football league and that he asked his roommate to move out of the residence. Because the roommate was ignoring him, Ward told the deputies that he pulled out his knife and cut the book as a joke.
