Evening Oatmeal; Gay edition

So I received the following anonymous e-mail today criticizing our league for objectiving women in the Oatmeal segments and not taking into account that it could be possible that someone in our league is gay. So I figured we better do something to make them happy. Here is the e-mail I received:
------------------------------------------------
To: butters88@hotmail.com
From: TeamRabel_forever@yahoo.com

You guys are really insensitive to the gay community! You ever think that maybe some people in the league are homosexuals!!! huh!!! have you??? I didn't think so you f----ing clown!!! Not saying that we are gay or anything but come on grow up and respect us gays! We mean those people that are gay.

Sincerely,

"Team Rabel"

OMG

dear God is the horrible football....do I root for Syracuse to win therefore boosting the chances of a Weis firing? Does Weis deserve one more year to prove himself? I don't know these answers so it is up to you the people. I will then fax the poll results to the ND AD and he will then analyze them and make a decision off of them.

Oh and Poodle is licking his chops right now for next Saturday night.

NEW YORK -- Deshawn Sims scored 18 points and Manny Harris added 15 to help Michigan upset No. 4 UCLA 55-52 on Thursday night in the semifinals of the 2K Sports Classic.
The Wolverines will face No. 10 Duke in the championship game Friday night. The Blue Devils beat Southern Illinois 83-58 in the first semifinal at Madison Square Garden.
With his team trailing 48-46 with 4:16 left, Stu Douglass hit a long 3-pointer to give Michigan the lead. Darren Collison was stripped on the other end, leading to a layup by Sims that made it 51-48 Wolverines.
UCLA cut the deficit to two when Josh Shipp made one of two free throws with 56 seconds left. After Michigan (3-0) worked the shot clock down, Anthony Wright found Sims on a backdoor cut for an emphatic, two-handed dunk that gave the Wolverines a four-point lead with 23.8 seconds remaining.
The Bruins (2-1) weren't done. Nikola Dragovic's 3-pointer with 5 seconds to go cut it to 53-52. But Harris hit two free throws and blocked Collison's potential tying 3-pointer at the buzzer.
Collison and Jrue Holiday each had 13 points to lead UCLA (2-1). Shipp, the Bruins' second-leading scorer, was stymied by Michigan's 1-3-1 zone. Averaging 12.5 points coming into the game, Shipp was held to just five on 2-for-9 shooting.

Ask Aaron

Josh is seen here asking his question for the segment

Got 2 more e-mails for this next segment...here we go, as always I just copy and paste the questions and answers.

Q: If Lebron was on this years Husker basketball team how many games would they lose? And what would they do in the post season?
A: I'd venture to guess they'd probably only lose three or four games and make it to at least the Elite 8. Seriously, could you imagine LeBron playing college right now?

Q: If Lebron played a WNBA team 1 on 5....who would win?
A: LeBron. No question about it. I am dead serious too.

Season suspended

If you can watch this terrifying clip without snapping your laptop in half you do not even have a soul. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSxRvaP4L2M

We may have to suspend the fantasy season until we find out if Kelly is going to be ok, until then we all need to focus our attention to her and only her.

This episode aired 14 years ago and I can remember watching it live like it was yesterday. Not sure if that is cool or really sad. If you can remember watching this episode live please share in the comments.
